  Had the same trouble with apk not loading in the past few days.Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Create sure you place in correct region on bottom right of sign in page. Mine was set to Canada. Works just ok now. Hope this helps

  L Buck: Used to work but hasn't for months now after an modernize. Never had to hold logging in, it was always logged un but an modernize booted me out. Won't allow me log in. Log in button not even lit up. I consistently receive an error, even when I test to log in with gmail acct.

  SDP: I downloaded the Canvas Parent apk, made a fresh acc with my Gmail address, and have not seen anything but error screens for hours. Tech help seems to think I have the Canvas Teacher apk, and, I was told to kind "canvas" instead of searching for my child's school. That just brought me to yet other place where I cannot log in. I was given directions to test other log in process, but that didn't work either. The log in flow seems to have about 3 or 4 variations, and none of them end anywhere besides an error. Tech help seems to have given up - they stopped responding.

  HW Y: Aside from all the server and login problems... As player types in password, why on earth would the password display in keyboard's auto-correct recommend list? How can we believe the system's safety when something so easy gets overlooked? I can imagine it's effortless for hackers to receive in.

  Ray Reavis: Save yourself the frustration and just use the site. This apk is unreliable because I hold having access revoked. From reading the reviews it seems to be a common thing. And even when I did have the apk working the info was limited and difficult to search.
