  Chrissy Burch: Test to add to WiFi with various device I had to re-add my device since I got a fresh router. I should not receive it on my WiFi after a few attempts. It does some type of chirping/ screeching and I finally had a thought of maybe my smartphone was not quite right noise or sound and used my smartphone. I was up and running in less than 3 mins. For those of you that gave up this is probably what went wrong. The another option is it only works on 2.4 not 5g network. So if you have a dual band router you need to create sure your device is connected to 2.4!!

  Heather Harper: Horrible. Worked for the first few mins on my LGV10. And now it WILL NOT connect at all to the apk! I am very sad and will be returning this camera asap. Not worth the time or cash. I even tried resetting it, etc.. And even tried it with my smartphone and old smartphone to see if my smartphone was the trouble and it wasn't.

  Richard Randell: BUYER BEWARE...stay away from this. Its so awful that I think the company is committing fraud. Its claims are far various from the truth. It wouldnt connect to the camera twice in a row. Glitches and bugs in every part of this apk and its partnered camera. Easily the largest waste of cash this year. One should only hope that this is removed from the apk shop and its cameras are removed from shop shelves because they have also given up on updates so dont expect any bug fixes with updates. They have stolen my cash.

  Jaime Lazarus: The first Capture Cam 2 that we received would connect (once we figured out we required to enter the wi-fi password and NOT the camera's), but not to our Netgear router. It would ONLY connect to a Linksys. We trust the Linksys router was located too far from the camera for it to maintain the connection, and each time it would disconnect it was a MAJOR pain getting it to reconnect once more. Unfortunately, over a 2 week period, it lost connection no less than 14 times! We returned the first one and received a warranty replacement yesterday. This one will not connect to ANY wi-fi router, using ANY of three various Android device devices! I'm done wasting my time. This one will be returned for full credit and I'll begin over. I promise I will NOT be purchasing other Vivitar camera.
