  Jeri Noneman: Not your average apk. It tracks your meal, your pains, headaches, mental health, sleep patterns, bowel movements, than this is the apk for you. I've tried a lot of another diet apks and meal diaries, this surpasses them all. I'm still trying to learn how to use everything but so far all I see that should be added is a put to save your meals for future use versus having to enter it in repeatedly. I also can't seem to add a fast link in various categories, I test but it doesn't save it ever.

  Deni Khalikov: The emails they send you to restore your acc takes hours, and by then you receive the outdated token error which means you can't restore your acc. please fix this. I love this apk and wish to use it

  A Google User: I have suffered with a lot of problems in particular IBS. Been looking for something to track my meal but also my mood as stress and anxiety links to my ibs and even how my meal is taken by my body. Using this a couple of days now and there are so a lot of features for things I can track. Also good that you can make your own tags to describe your feelings (physical and emotional). Good items!

  George Hodulik: I've really been wanting an apk that comprehensively tracks anything and everything that should affect my health and wellbeing. Something that should simultaneously assist me determine if I have a cyclic mood disorder, lactose intolerance, problems with caffeine/alcohol/sex, IBS. I was almost considering making a google survey by myself to track this, but then I found Cara and it seems like it does everything I'd wish! TBD if the longer term analysis (or data export) allows for my desired analysis.

  A Google User: It has so a lot of features to track which is Good. Ive only used it a few days but i already feel more aware of patterns in my symptoms. Save often when tracking items though, because the apk tends to crash. The one thing I really dont like is that it gives you a "symptom score" for the day which I have found beautiful insulting. I think ill be the judge of if my anxiety is "simple", thank you very much.

  A Google User: love this apk especially being able to photograph what you eat. This can assist you be more accountable about what you are eating. I am using the apk to giv details to dietrician to assist work out what foods irritate me! it is very simple to use _ intuitive! i haven't used it enough yet to use it to ptedict sensitivities yet . hence i didnt place 5 yet. and its gratis! thanks for helping to look after our health!

  Ashley Yates: I love the apk and the player interface. But, with the latest modernize the apk would crash everytime I tried to enter fresh info. So, I uninstalled the apk and reinstalled it. Now, my data is gone. When I test to restore my info my email is not recognized. So, all of the tracking I've done to gather info to share with my doctor today is gone.

  Sarah Anne Brunea: I love the concept of this apk. It's the most thorough tracker I should search. But the design isn't the most intuitive and is beautiful primitive. Worse, it is constantly glitching- freezing and closing numerous times within one use. If I can search an other apk with these categories, I'll receive rid of this. if the developers should place more effort into the quality of the programming, then this apk is something any doctor in their right mind would endorse.

  A Google User: Should improve more. It's a awesome idea to combine meal and stool trackers in one apk as meal directly affects digestive health. But this apk was not that smooth as I thought it would be. There are a lot of things that it still can't do. For example, when I add a recipe and then use that recipe for other meal entry, the apk does not automatically add the ingredients. Other is that the apk takes a bit more time to use than another trackers. The UI is a bit overwhelming I guess.

  Rachel Bonnington: Lots of good features in the apk, but terrible technical help. The apk has crashed 11 times in the latest week, and now refuses to begin at all, showing only a blank white screen. I've been waiting over a week for a answer to my question submitted via their in apk chat feature, and based on the another reviews here it seems unlikely any help is likely to be forthcoming in the near future. I've spent a lot of time logging my symptoms in this apk, but now there seems no method to extract my data to take to my hospital appointment later this week, which completely defeats the point. If the apk worked smoothly, I'd be satisfied to pay for this apk, as a lot of the tracking the features are really helpful - but as it is, I'll be trying to search an alternative apk ASAP, and desperately hoping there's some method to retrieve all my tracked symptoms in time for my appointment :(
