  Paula Zamorska: Having been using the CareDriver apk since January 2019, I think my largest gripe is not being able to cancel a rider without having to wait on keep for help for at least 7-10 mins. Not only that I search sometimes it will glitch you to receive it to navigate and then you are constantly being bothered by help calling you as they don't undestand that their apk won't connect to Google maps. Yes, they should definitely improve the apk for sure.

  MsXochi Avalos: As drivers we can't leave feedback for riders which is sometimes important. Only one time a day for checking rides when there are hundreds of drivers might not be the best method for drivers. Perhaps having 2 hour increments from 10, 12, 2, 4 & 6...? The apk gets stuck, your servers are bombarded and drivers can't claim rides.

  lina farah: Good concept too awful it rarely works - text messages from 6 am until 11 pm at night no matter what I do I can't search the trip they suggesting only to call help and search out they are sending the same trip to 30 people - so why receive so a lot of text messages if you never receive the ride - then what rides you do receive they reschedule right out from under you without contacting you - scheduled trips you have cancel some cancels they pay some they don't - you plan your day around the trips you commited to just so it falls out - then pay is weekly by weds - they use stripe just like uber/lyft do but no same day pay because they don't use a debit card. The passengers are very well mannered and polite parents too - customer service was always helpful - just too a lot of texts and no results ever
