  Panda Queen: If you're reading this, do not go to vehicle shield! I have to take cash outta my pocket every month and they don't even assist fox my vehicle, I call a lot of times and they don't offer ANY assist, like today, I was asked for a oil change and the lady on the smartphone saying they don't that and when I asked to speak to the manager she had the nerves to say I can't speak to the manager, don't waste a dime on vehicles shield and the apk is just worst, it shuts down my smartphone and drains the battery! SMH

  Martha Romero: Today I decided to receive carshield. But after reading the reviews. I turned around and canceled. I'm glad I did. Just 20 mins I was in an argument was the customer service agent. And now to receive my refund I need to sent a statement out. Are you kidding me. Awful service. I'm glad I canceled.

  Al S: My experience on the smartphone is always good! I have an 03 Acura CLS and she's finally got issues! I'm going to take it to one of their certified mechanics in the morning and begin a claim, I'm hoping all of these awful reviews will prove wrong! I bought this a while ago as an experiment and we will see how this experiment turns out in the next few days! Want me luck and I'll allow everyone know how it goes! I'll give a five star review because customer service has been beautiful responsive so far.

  Chris Hess: 3 star for now as I just purchased coverage yesterday and cant say yay or neigh about services & follow through. Carshield is slow to modernize the discount of $20 a month to my platinum policy they counter offered when i called before its renewal; to temporarily drop coverage 3months freeing up some $ during my home repair pinch. Apk is a disappointing primary barebone design & layout. It reminds me of some late 90's shareware---> gratis generic site design layouts.....

  terrell daniels: Without a shadow of a doubt the worst warranty experience I've ever had. It literally took 24 days for my warranty to receive approved. I'll never go back to them once more. Even mechanics I know in this state and others say they don't like dealing with them. The customer service is good on the smartphone but the adjuststers who do the footwork and go look at your vehicle and do the paperwork are nothing short of awful.

  PRINCE ANNOR: Don't buy the insurance with them, I was paying $138.90 a month and when I filed a claim about transmission failure they refuse the claim saying the failure is due to TCM trouble and is Electrical which they don't cover. My research on transmission failures is about 80% electrical failure. They will not tell you all this but will contain it in your contract which you can only see it after you have purchased the contract. Is a scam.

  D Sci-Fi Writer: I pay over $100 for coverage a month & I have been a loyal customer for 5 months. Everything was awesome until I had to use my policy. I took my vehicle into the dealership to be looked at & they gave me an estimate. I told them I had vehicle shield. I called carshield while there & did everything I was told step by step including how to rent a rental vehicle with my rental reimbursement. The rental cost over $600 for the 4 days that was NEEDED to fix my vehicle. I just received a check today for $40 YES FOURTY $

  Robert Cook: I purchased carshield for my vehicle. Had to have the motor mounts replaced on it. The parts and the labor were covered under carshield but the mechanic chose to charge us more then what Carshield had already paid him. When I contacted carshield about this discrepency I was told that the dispute is solely between myself and the mechanic. Now instead of paying the $100 deductible I was told I would have to pay when I purchased carshield I am having to pay $500.

  William Albright: Carshield vehicles only go farther because after they deny your claim with some bogus neglect opinion, your cas goes to the alot of repair shops together quotes. Don't waste your hard earned cash because they do not stand up to their word. Vehicle shields warranty caused me to have to purchase fresh vehicle because they would not cover my transmission. BIG SURPRISE, I was told by 5 people not to sign up and I did anyway. Turns out my mates were right. But once more carshield vehicles do go farther. Vehicle shops

  Johnnie Payton: I've been with carshield for about six months, called customer service and explained to them that I was cancelling my service because I was filing bankruptcy on my car and no longer required coverage, she said what will you use for a car, I said never mind that Mame, mind you, if you receive a nother car, it will already be covered for awhile, 9 out of 10 times. It was 6 days after I paid latest month, they never sent me a cancellation conformation email, and took cash this month.

  Danielle Faulkner: I had my vehicle 4mos now and my a part went out and my carshield coverage said it was cover but they wanted to wait few days before fixing my car..I paid 800 to fix my part and carshield said they will refund me but thats a lie..they dont wish to refund or fix cars..carshield gives you a run around..So i canceled my coverage and search a better warranty that coverage everything on my vehicle and better prices and will refund any cash i have to pay out.. Carshield sucks and they are a joke..
