Browse the page where your video is located at and play it instantly on your Chromecast or Amazon FireTV. Watching videos from the Web has never been easier before: * Connect your smartphone or smartphone to the same WiFi-Network your FireTV or Cast-Device is connected to * Select the device you wish to play on from the Toolbar in the top right corner * Visit the page where your video is located at. Supported Videos and Sites: Cast Controller supports Fb, Vimeo, Ig, Twitch, Vid.me, Clipfish, and basically every website using standard HTML5 video users or an actual ver of JW Player. Some websites actively refuse third parties to access their videos, e.g. YouTube or Dailymotion. Similarly, videos from websites using highly customized users - such as Hulu, Netflix or Amazon Video - cannot be played either. In most of those cases, you can create use of the respective official apps. Flash videos are not supported either, as neither Cast nor FireTV are able to play them. Simply place, Cast Controller handles every video that would play on your phone's browser, as well - with a few minor exceptions. The Desktop mode is limited to websites that are actually using seperate Desktop/Mobile versions. So-called "responsive" websites (such as this one right here) adapt solely on the basis of your device's screen size and can therefore not be changed. Additionally, in case you experience any problems while using the advanced browser features, test to disable Desktop mode and enable Javascript for best results. Problems? A Google user: FINALLY! Just what I was looking for- and actually works! I've tried so a lot of things to be able to cast my devices to my Fire Stick. HERE IT IS! Worked like a charm from my smartphone and my Kindle Fire, simple to use, good instructions, good features! I love it so much I upgraded to pro ver and was shocked at how tiny it cost. John B: Was looking for something to cast Web video to my Fire TV. This does the trick. Had an problem with one site's mobile ver, but it worked when I switched to the desktop ver. Advertisements were a bit annoying while testing, going pro opened a lot of functionality got rid of the advertisements.

Jesus Novoa: As a Fire TV owner this apk works good! No need for a second apk on the Fire TV, it uses existing framework on the device. Be advised the Fire TV will have extremely minimal controls but works smoothly. Saving me from buying a Chromecast. Apk still relatively fresh, but developer is beautiful responsive.
