No lie, I sat on the smartphone for 10 minute waiting for someone, going through prompt after prompt ... reported an outage, someone contacted me wroth 5 minute. BOOM

  Tim Noe: So up untill today was going awesome right up now it's telling me he can't connect to the server doing the pay-as-you-go meter and I am low so can't place cash on there to create sure my power doesn't receive slash off and you know that's supposed to be the whole reason for the apk they receive that fixed it then I will modernize my review but as of right now not very cool... FIX IT ASAP!!!!

  jvitter2006: Apk used to work ok. now two months in a row I "miss a payment" because it will not actually process the transaction. It will tell you it has, give you a confirmation number like it has. However my bank never saw an attempt to pull any funds. and I've had hundreds of dollars added in penalties. even though one of their employees that I had to create a smartphone payment with (to receive my electricity turned back on) admitted over the smartphone that it does not work correctly.
