About the application:

The Census project aims to unblock the value of data by making it easier convert data into something you can spend. How much is this data worth? It doesn’t matter how much it’s worth if you’re not selling it. Nearly everyone generates data, yet very few companies actually compensate people directly for data. For most, earning value from data is an afterthought, but data is a large deal to larger firms that exploit player data for really big profits. We’d like to change that. We’d like to give people control of when and how they are compensated for data. It’s your data. Begin acting like you own it. The Census project aims to assist you take control of your data by creating a curated data marketplace. Soon you’ll be able to earn CEN points by leveraging data that you already own. Opt-in to share via mobile apk, browser plug-in, IoT device, Smart TV or upload directly to the marketplace. We’ll work directly with buyers to ensure that only the most valuable data enters the market. Imagine earning while doing the things that you already do. Using your smartphone, driving, watching tv or another ordinary tasks. The Census project is just taking off. We’ll be offering 1,500 CEN points to the first 10,000 players (in qualifying regions) that download our apk and complete the on-boarding process. The CEN points will let holders to access some data sets that they are a part of. You can also use your CEN points to make surveys and reward respondents. Surveys and referrals will create up an initial earning economy. More ways and shop features will be added in the future. Census is an ambitious project and we have a lot of work to do. We’re looking for brilliant minds to take the adventure with us. Assist us create data behave more like a currency.
