  Roger Anderson: Our devices won't even connect When we received our modem. It was sitting in a water logged box. We can't even have fun the service 90% of the time we're on our own plan with our verizon. When we test to connect to the wireless connection modem it says no modem found

  A Google user: Their fiber internet service is embarrassingly slow for fiber optic internet. Another companies that offer fiber have ten times the download speed and 100 times slower upload speeds for $5 more a month. CenturyLink's fiber isn't even faster than cable!
