  Spanish Voice: Promo code austin04 got me 2 weeks of gratis rides. I had to go into the profile tab and change the default town to Austin because it was set for SF. In the payments tab I tried to enter the promo code but the apk said I required to verify my smartphone number. I replied back to the text notice they sent me and then went back into the payment tab and entered the promo code austin04 to activate my gratis rides. If you don't receive a text notice to verify smartphone number create sure you have one on the profile tab. I like this apk because I can see all of the Chariot routes and where the accessible vans are in true time. It is funny when you are tracking one nearby and you see it turn the corner just like on the apk!

  Jeanne DeWitt: Good, but never on time I absolutely love Chariot. It makes my commute 10x simpler and more relaxed than it would be without it. My only complaint is that a ride has never once been on time. Generally the delay is only a few mins, but it's literally every ride.

  Dan Brooks: Awesome apk... Haven't had any issues Works ok for me in SF. Running Android device 5.1. Generally a awesome service and waaaay better than Muni. Don't know about all those on Android device who can't ebook / can't access etc. but I've never had those problems. Minus 1 star for being a second class citizen to iOS in that the iOS apk always gets the fresh features (advanced booking, etc) first.

  Dave Hayes: Apk works but times given mean nothing You can check in ok and see exactly where the shuttles are but they don't always present up in the mornings. And if you call customer service they just tell you the shuttle showed up and you must have been late. They type of suck, but muni is actually worse. Receive a motorcycle instead.

  Rachel Sweeney: Please hire someone in UX. Back buttons shouldn't crash or exit the apk first time pressing it. Very difficult to figure a route out if it isn't exact, I would like to recommend up to 20 minutes walk either method. Trying to search the price is tough. You are targeting tech savvy people, your apk needs to be a higher quality.

  Nick Fishman: Good service, unfortunately awful apk I really like Chariot's service, but the apk has generally gotten worse over time, which is unhappy. The fresh trip planner was so promising but has major problems. Please provide the ability to save places (like Home, Office, etc). Otherwise you have to input the From and To address every single time you reopen the apk. Please bring back the Route view and ability to tap on a stop and see upcoming vans. The map view is overwhelming -- almost nobody needs to see all the routes at once.

  Barney Jackson: Powerful concept, allow down by technical execution Van service is generally good, points for overcoming large logistical challenges and making my commute across SF markedly more pleasant. However, the experience with the Android device apk is awful, was improving, but has taken a large step backwards with the recent ver in my opinion. From tiny UX things like being able to swipe out the side menu but not swipe it back, to major feature loss such as how it now seems I have to kind in my place and destination on every use. Still v tiny consistency in design.

The most latest modernize has a dozens of bugs like: - Can't tap on a stop to ebook a ride (thought that was a feature) - ALL the routes appear every time I begin it without an active route - Chariot place doesn't modernize if I go to other apk & return. I have to close it out and re-open - Boarding pass doesn't appear right after booking. I have to close it out and re-open - Map centers on SF every time I re-open, even if I'm not in SF & neither is my chariot. At least I can ebook a ride, though.
