  David Zendzian: Perfect application. One thing I noticed is that when in a chat the Player avatar shows the same for the chatter & the help staff. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the notification sounds for the apk specifically. It would be nice to know that a chat has come in and not a generic smartphone message (sms notice, etc). If it wasn't for these I would have given it a 5 rating!

  Christianette Badar: I use this apk as a customer help and i may say that it is very useful. But verytime my shift ends, I will set my status to offline and log out. But for some reason i still keeps on getting pending chat alerts even though i force stop this apk from my application manager. Because of this, customers think that we are just ignoring their chats when actually its our work off hours. And i was forced to uninstall becausr of this bug.
