  Carri Gonyeau: Customer service was very friendly, but the main reason I chose Chegg was to be able to "listen" to my textbook. I cannot do so, so the only reason for high marks is the customer service. Does Chegg have voice over or Read aloud option for people who have difficulty reading?   Alejandra Gonzalez: Like I love it, love the find features, love that I can use it across devices. Only thing I don't love is when I'm trying to read and I swipe to the next page it stays white for a awesome while. So I'll have to swipe back and forth until it loads. I've noticed it happens more often whenever the page contained a image, a table, or a embedded figure.

  Ashley Kampsen: I was very satisfied to see that you had a download option that didn't require constant Wi-Fi connection. The apk has a few bugs; occasionally it takes me back to the cover without provocation but it's not often and it is simple enough to receive back to my page. Overall, I've gotten work done and the apk is simple to use. I like that it's separate from the main apk! Being able to present that it was an eReader, separate from the study assist and tutoring that Chegg does (plus airplane mode) was the decision maker in using my device on an begin note quiz. Plus, being able to download on multiple devices is very nice!

  Jedian: Chegg, I love you guys to death for saving me so much on my school ebooks, but why, WHY would you build your e-reader into a separate apk? Everything could be incorporated into the main Chegg apk! Also, on the menu of your mobile browser e-reader is a "download apk" link that has me download Bookshelf. Huh?! I have to create a fresh acc for this! Is Bookshelf even part of Chegg? Receive your items organized, guys! Someone who isn't tech savvy would be pulling their hair over these things.

  Matt C: Library won't modernize. Apk help is limited to a list of generic troubleshooting recommendations. Chegg recommends reading books through browser, which defeats purpose of the apk. Same trouble on Nexus 5x and Lenovo Yoga Ebook.

  Anita Fisher: Receive rid of this apk and allow us go back to reading them from regular Chegg apk. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is the phrase that could have been used when coming up with this e-reader apk. Guess I'll buy hardcopy, from now on, from college bookstore.

  Aubrie DeWulf: Chapters just present up on one single page so there are no page numbers (for all of my ebooks) making citations impossible. It'd be easier to have my cash refunded and order books from somewhere else with better formatting.
