  Chris Akin: Just like the one gentleman, I'm also not receiving any push notifications besides the general messages. No notifications for incidents. They do present up in the incident log, but I have to actually go in there manually and check to see if there's been any incidents. I have the recent ver of Chief Mobile running on a Galaxy S5. EDIT 10/16/2016 - Apk is causing my smartphone to lag. Deleted apk and everything runs smoothly. Reinstall apk and my smartphone lags. UPDATE 08/02/2017 - I had to go to the person in charge of our Chief Mobile accounts and have him log in to my acc and change a few settings. Everything started working ok after that. Occasionally my smartphone wouldn't alert me of a call, but that was an problem with the CAD. When the county wasn't experiencing problems with the CAD, the apk was super quick to alert us, most times being 10 - 30 seconds ahead of the Minitors and house alert. If you are having issues, I recommend seeing the person in your department who handles the Chief Mobile acc and or the technology.

  Doc Gerbil PhD: This apk is really awesome if I don't have my pager or radio with me. I like how it gives you the call info in the notifications. The problems I have with this apk are: -When I hit the notification to view it it will actually take me to a previous incident sometimes and I'll have to exit that incident and wait for it to refresh the call list. -The push notifications S L O W D O W N M Y P H O N E to the point I receive a notification while my smartphone is locked, my smartphone is almost impossible to unblock. Fix it please!

  Deeanna Aiken: Until this latest modernize, I loved the apk. Now, this modernize has taken away the android device system's ability to see the complete everyday schedule with names. In both the schedule and my schedule place, it only shows my individual schedule. I hope you fix this tiny glitch because I love the apk.

  R Roop: You cant map calls unless your gps is on 24/7. It doesnt alert me to calls any more unless i go in and refresh the incidents page. I havent changed any of my settings and for some reason im not alerted to any calls. Not liking this apk at all.

  John Adams: Since the past 2 upgrades, I haven't been able to add my availability without getting an error and can no longer view the everyday schedule since the recent modernize. The "Scheduling" and "My Schedule" icons present the exact same thing which is my private monthly work schedule, whereas before, the "Scheduling" icon would present you who was working that day. If you have to use this tool for scheduling, don't do it and there are alot better options out there that actually work like they are supposed to

  Pete Stump: Apk used to work amazingly well until the latest few "upgrades". These latest "upgrades" have created it nearly unusable, as the apk continuously gets stuck loading, or force closes. This is not a local trouble, as a few another players on various phones are having the same kind issues.
