  Amy Franks: My only complaint is that the mobile orders receive pushed back when the line is busy. I do the mobile order to prevent waiting in line! Otherwise, I love the meal, like the apk, and will continue to use it!

  Jennifer: Third times the charm. Ordered with the apk three times in a row and ALL three times the employees "didn't receive the order" One excuse was that they were busy and didn't receive to it yet, even though they had 20 minutes...next excuse, no paper in the machine and today apparently an employee threw the paper away because "he's fresh". There is no method to reprint the order apparently and while I was standing there watching them look for it, the apk notifies me my order was ready...NOPE. So you can order ahead, just let about 45 mins to an hour. 20 on the apk and then 20 waiting there for them to prepare your order. The apk makes you pay ahead so there's no cancellation or refund option. Smart, there's no method to compensate your customers that method. Needless to say, the apk is awful and the slow , mediocre service just makes it worse. Oh...and I didn't keep any points for the recent mobile order....not shocked.

  Justin Davis: It is impossible to properly review a recently placed order. They don't even send a confirmation email. Just hope for the best and present up I guess. Surprising to see such an uninvolved and vague purchasing process.

  Mike and Lillian Bertram: Earned enough points for a complimentary taco. However, when I attempted to redeem it this morning, the cashier should not receive it to work. So I had to pay for my taco when this shouldn't have happened. CT, if you're going to offer an apk with rewards that are earned by people spending cash, the least you can do is create sure your own apk works.
