  Jeff Moore: The jury is still out on this. Took long time to connect had to register my device first which directions didn't indicate. The apk shows what my device "set" point is and shows humidity under that but underneath that says "no data" Also, I tried to choose gratis 30 day trial it would only allow me use the apk with a subscription. I'll see how it goes so far not looking awesome

  Greg Klein: All you need is to add a WPS button! too hard to connect to WiFi without it. So much potential is locked up within the WiFi. When Cigar Oasis fixes this and makes this simple, it would be a 5 star rating!

  A Google user: The humidification shuts down and stops humidifying. The reply from Mary is to unplug it and plug it back in. That works anywhere from 15 mins to 2 days. You have to be constantly monitoring the device(I use a temp stick) because this apk, the web page and the device itself does not report anything accurately(temp, humidity, low humidity or any alerts, low water nor the advertised ability to increase or decrease the himidity settings). Altering the humidity manually also does not work.

  delbert yap: Very painful getting this apk setup and connected to the internet. Once I accomplished this it worked for roughly three hours logging the status. Now it no longer logs the humidor even though the apk still shows it connected and the wireless connection signal on the humidor is solid. This apk is a joke and making people pay for something that doesnt work is an even bigger joke.

  Richard Friedman: was difficult to connect at first with Wireless connection buy after a couple of tries it finally worked. once connected the apk is useless! everytime I test to see my oasis it tells me there is a trouble communicating with my device. It clearly sees and acknowledges my device in the list but it can't communicate with it. There is no method I would pay for a subscription to this. my trial is up in a few weeks and can't trust they would charge for an apk that doesn't work or riddled with issues.

  A Google user: The apk has not worked for me as expected. The temperature remains at 75+. and Both hydrometers are calibrated and read temp at 67f. I put the humidor in my basement at 50 degrees and it still read 75f. dont know what's going on.

No one at the cigar store said you have to paid for a monthly fee!!! I wrote an email with my problems still no response. Save your cash don't bother with wifi.....why is it.not bluetooth????

  A Google user: What are they thinking.....? It's the farthest thing from functional I have used, and nowhere near ready for mainstream public use! Cigar Oasis! you need to modernize your marketing on this product. I created my decision to purchase your product lagely based on this SPECIFIC feature. I do not wish to be a part of your beta tool at full out retail pricing.... Overall brutal!!!!!

  Brad McInnis: The Wireless connection functionality doesn't work and the apk crashes constantly. I am not sure why Wireless connection is offered and advertised as a feature. It doesnt work and there is a notice in the apk states that they are "working on it" when you test to configure via Wireless connection. If it doesn't work, then don't add it to the application and sell the product as such.

  Lawrence Lakis: Jan 4 modernize: Publisher removed the login pop-up that basically said "our product has issues but at least we know so so please excuse us while we work through them." But they hold the ridiculous subscription charge while they sort out their problems? I've spent $300 in product and now am being asked to pay more as a try mule. Cigar Oasis, you're not leaving me a choice but to return your product, because I'm not going to pay to search out if you fixed it or not. I can't be alone in this scenario.

  515780: Finally got logged in. Everytime i test to connect device thru apk it shuts down and says apk stopped working. Movin on to sensor push. Been at it ever since they broke the working copy on Nov. 15th. I travel alot and have relied on this for 2 years. Now i got nothing that works. 200.00 wasted on 2 wireless connection modules. Lookin like enough evidence for a class action. Maybe we can recover our losses.
