Not only that but, it doesn't tell you what the place is, and there is no alternative routes than walking a mile & a half in a awful place of city to receive on a bus 20 from Winneste Ave. All the method to Kingsrun Dr. and Winton Rd.

  Fare estimates and ability to share routes would be good! That method people can know where you are (especially for parents & kids). Fares so people know what a ride will cost. Another than that good apk!

  Jacen On YouTube: I like the apk, but it's hindered by Metro employees lack of knowledge of how it works. In the apk it clearly states that with 'One Method with transfer' fares a paper transfer will be issued, but driver and supervisor claims no paper transfer is to be given. If this has changed, it could be reflected in the apk. Both companies could receive together and review how this apk can be used so that the customer doesn't have to be told that they are in the wrong. That's awful PR.

  Setnakt Frost: I always take the route #1 to and from my job because it drops me off right across the road from my job and picks me up less than one block from my home, yet this apk acts as if route #1 doesn't exist and instead refers me to routes heavily crouded that aren't as direct. No wonder few people ride the #1 with an apk like this directing people away from it. Why can't I just pick the route I wish?

  Rick Henry: The trip planning feature is awful. It keeps trying to receive me to ride the bus to destinations a few states away. It also keeps trying to receive me really take buses that have already passed. Also, it needs the ability to save a trip if I purchase a day pass. Every time I leave the apk I have to figure out my trip all over once more. I resorted to taking screenshots of my trip so I should know where I required to go.

  Please please please add the option to buy a child's fare. I ride with my 3 children, all between the ages of 1 and 4. It is so hard to fumble around with a handful of coins and a stroller and shopping/diaper bag, all while keeping the tiny ones SAFE!!!

  Richard Ormsbee: The apk constantly says no internet connection. What do I need internet connection for when I have data to use. I constantly have to reset my smartphone so I can present the driver my accessible tickets.
