  Gwyneth De Pass: Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. This service ended up being the excellent thing for me. It's so convenient and the provider I found is very simple to talk to. Much faster than communicating with a regular doctor's office. I've never had an problem with scheduling or logging in. This was an simple method to receive assist with my ADHD (I did not have a complex medical history so Circle Medical was able to assist me). I just want they took my insurance and there was a method to use my laptop for videos.

Ashley G. in California was outstanding: Compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, one of the best medical experiences Ive ever endured. If youre skeptical due to mixed reviews, ensure you have accurate expectations for what a doctor can do for you. Just because theyre online doesnt mean they could be held at a higher standard. Im going to be recommending this to mates.

  Dona G: A lot of the negative reviews seem to be due to player error. Provided that the setup process goes smoothly, the apk is good. I went in for an ADHD evaluation and was able to receive a same-day first appointment within my state, and a follow-up shortly after. They were thorough in their assessment, and I was then prescribed medication which was immediately sent to my pharmacy and accessible for pickup the same day. Overall, beautiful user-friendly, efficient, thorough, and effective.

  Adel Eid: I was surprised to see all the negative reviews on this. I would suggest trying to make your acc on a computer first and then just log in maybe. I've awful zero problem. The video b and voice quality is good. My doctor is knowledgeable and friendly. The apk makes scheduling and rescheduling a breeze. I would highly suggest it to anyone who has a busy schedule, and can't afford to miss work.

  Madison Catalano: At first the apk had glitches and I should not move past the process of downloading it. I reached out to customer service and after a day or two somebody responded to me over the telephone and helped me receive my acc unlocked. Since then, I have been seeing the same physician for a few months and it has been absolutely good! 🙂 On the plus side you're allowed to be prescribed Subutex from a various provider and still be treated for ADHD with your Adderall.

  Ben P: The provider is good but the process is a mess. They consistently mess up the prescriptions. They are slow to fix issues. The help personnel are completely untrained and have no idea how to answer to problems. They told me they called the pharmacy at 11pm at night and no one picked up. Then they just didn't follow up. It takes weeks to fix problems. Honestly it's a awesome concept with horrible execution.

They've helped me when I was sick, helped diagnose and treat ADHD, anxiety and depression, even when I have a stomach bug and can't keep down fluids, you set up an appointment, and if your basic dr on there isn't accessible that day there's plenty of others that are! I saw a dr at 9:20 PM latest night and assist establish what was wrong and what to do and prescribed me nausea medicine and told me to take Tylenol they were really helpful I'm eternally grateful!

  Zack Wheeler: I had no another option than to use this apk since there were no psychiatrists in the place. The doctor was lovely and did her best, but the app/admin was a awful experience. They create you take 2 appointments to receive your first diagnosis even though it should easily be done in 1. This is obviously just so they can create as much cash as possible off you. The admins in charge of contacting my insurance took a month to do so after I had to basically harass them to do so. Pick a various apk.

  Grant Watkins: This is an good service. I just want the apk was good. This apk is horrible. I logged into my first session and then a day later couldn't log back in. I have called the company 4 times. Left 3 voicemails for call back. Nothing. I receive securing this info and acc, but I can't even use it. I want the help would reply emails to. In summary, good service to connect you with a doctor, but apk is horrible.

  Cara Hodge: Unfortunately, I was turned away from the platform owing to a "complex medical history." It took ten mins to decide this. Essentially, this means I am too much of a liability to be taken on as a client. My understanding is that people who actually need assist are encouraged to visit local practitioners, when I specifically chose telehealth to accommodate my work schedule. It took me months of building up courage to ask for assist, and now I just feel worse. Thanks for nothing, Circle.

  Vlad B.: Very awful service. The apk itself is designed well the trouble is the how the service is provided thought this apk. If you need to receive a form faxed to a circle you rely on people that service the apk and that service is awful. They answer to you in 30+ hours. There is no one to call. A PA created mistake on my prescription and it's a nightmare to fix by going back and forth with their service The idea behind the apk is good, but the execution is awful!
