  Bikash Biswal: This application has unexpectedly stopped and I am unable to install once more. Adding resolution on the above problem. Apk finally got installed. Cleared google play cache and restarted my smartphone. After that application got installed. But it's a bug, citadel developer squad must fix this problem.

  Phil Flynn: Doesn't help gifs. Finicky with passwords, policy requires a unique hero but looks like not all unique heroes are accepted, but doesn't tell you which ones. Password policy is ridiculously complex. Why not let fingerprint readers? And 2fa?

  Jean-Philippe Oudet: Thales starting from scratch YET ANOTHER communication program. It's beautiful, but brings nothing fresh to the table (not forgetting the usual bugs, simple UX mistakes, rigid policies, ...). Now, the worst part: you are agreeing to send your data to a Thales server. This is very clear from them: "The Citadel apk, operated end-to-end by Thales, Data storage and safety by Thales in France". Since, AFAIK, this program is not encrypted end-to-end by YOU, the server has the key. So only you and Thales can look into your items. And the entire community of the 5EYES, 9 EYES, ... So basically, the French defense ministry do not wish the US to spy on their comms (with What'sApp), or the Russian (Telegram), but introduce a very really big hole with their own apk... Really reassuring. Just like that, the Signal protocol is E2E and begin source. What about the XOAuth2, 2FA, help for safe key, encrypted database, etc?

  Anthony FRANCISCO: Hi. I have the notice on my phone "This notice is encrypted. To decrypt it, Ask for the verification code". My trouble is the browser (where it ask the verification code) was in privacy mode (it was a live CD), so I can't retrieve the code. Is there a method to retrieve the code ? Why can't I just ask the verification code to my contact ? This logic is very awful.... I lost a lot of necessary messages ! Indeed, your application is very safe, to the point of no longer giving access to my messages... I will change my review when this will be solved.

  Chris Helmore: Awful. Encryption is a joke and renders the apk pointless multiple times a day. Messages simply won't upload, they just sit there greyed out indefinitely. Shame I had to give it one star.
