  Margarita Kraynova: The apk was good when it was released. I utilized it and my reports were fixed in a timely manner. Now, the apk has gone downhill. It requires an address for an problem to be reported. What about all of the streets along front road that do not have any houses on them? I cannot report the immense amount of potholes there? That is ridiculous! Additionally, the rating system is gone! My latest two reports were completely ignored and were updated to "Resolved", yet nothing was actually done! The road is still as awful as it was when I reported it, if not worse! What happened, Binghamton???

  Julia: It had place to enter the place of the problem but did not have place parks included. It had place to upload images but did not agree uploads. It allows you to log in through Fb but still won't agree your request for service if you log in through Fb. Meanwhile the fences at the Cheri Lindsey dog park have been screwed up for months.

  Jeffrey Cheney: I place in a request to fix a road light on my road. That was a bit more than 2 weeks. The light is still out. There is also a method to see progress of the town on repairing it. I only receive to see it when I first create the request. What is the point of that.
