  Katherine Tyler: First video call was awesome. Can not schedule calls. Can not send or keep emails. Receive notice saying can not retrieve inbox. How do I know if I begin a call the person I am trying to reach will be there to keep the call. Why am I charged for starting the the call but ending it before the person I am trying to reach is there?

  Ketinah Grantham: While extremely grateful for being able to hold in touch with my husband, I'm also extremely BROKE trying to pay for it!!!! The fees are outrageous!!! I've never seen anything like it. In the first week alone, I paid a total of $337.80. The usable amount was $259.53. The another $78.27 was for fees!! That's a bit much!!! This was from 2/20/2018 - 2/26/2018!!!! Also, when sending a text/email, we both lose our entire messages often! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE THE PRICES AND FEES ARE SO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!

  Bluestar Morrel: Wow it sure can eccept payment without fail. The min i test to send a notice or schedule a visit it will not work??. Humm.. when u test to submit the notice, or photo, it will not retrieve the inbox for some reason. The Video Visit which allow me say ive been waiting on this since July only for it to not work!? It will allow me go in and schedule all the method until u receive to the time frame. Then it doesnt give any times it says (null) then says it cant confirm the visit!!!????? I have one that scheduled but i dont know if it will work? The apk doesnt give you any options to receive assist or ask anything??? Its login, pay, logout! Thats it!!??? Why wont it work? It would be nice to know how to troubleshoot??
