  Mike Arias: Apk does the job for searching claims and even submitting claims. One thing they need to change is to let another formats for receipts. We can only upload pics but we could be able to upload PDFs too. Also, apk doesn't present upfront out of pocket to meet before HRA reimburses. This is accessible on site.

  A Google user: Well the apk looks nice but is not fully functional. The CLAIM section does not work. I tried a lot of times to submit a claim for reimbursement for the month of January as informed by the customer service rep via telephone call. Looks like I will have to call once more tomorrow and spend other 30 mins waiting my turn to speak to a human to request assistance.

  George Flay: This apk is awful. Buttons are unclear as to what year or which dependant you are submitting claims for therefore this company punishes you by shutting off your acc because their apk doesn't work correctly.

  Robin S Taylor: Confusing listing as this does not inform the potential player that thid apk is meamt for the receiving clinic and not the true live player. The "invitation" I got from my clinic was on my desktop and not transferable to my smartphone with a various OS. This apk is useless to me!

  John Lanigan: Their apk is terrible. If you misspell your password twice, you will receive locked out of your acc. By locked out I mean you have to call their customer service to unblock it. I have multiple credit cards and banking apks , I never had to deal with any insane safety features like this before. Did I mention that customer service is only accessible during the week. So if receive you receive locked out, your out of luck until Monday. Then you will spend forever on keep just so a person on the another end of the line can click a button. It's mind boggling. This has happen to me a few times. It is infuriating. I've been so frustrated with a company in my life.

  R Komarovsky: Like a lot of another Apk players, I also search this Apk awful for number of reasons! 1) It only allows pictures as attachments and not PDFs or another formats. 2) when I test switching between this apk and another begin windows, every time returning to this apk it automatically logs me off, so I loose any details I entered so far, and must login once more. Summary: be prepared to spend a very long time using this apk! But using their site in Chrome has its own flaws too.
