While on a camping trip we decided to extend our 2 weeks to 3 weeks and had run out of clean clothes. there was a laundry mat on website that installed this unbelievable apk on their machines! so what normally would have been an incovieniance because i would have had to run into city to receive money from my bank in the form of quarters turned out to be an amazingly, simple, painless process of downloading your apk and then simply transferring some funds!   Nathan Wheatley: The apk is stupid easy and works without fuss (even handling the spotty internet deep inside an apartment where the laundry machines live). As of June 2021, what stands out is what happened when the backend servers went down. I _immediately_ connected to a true person at their contact number. They were _already aware and working on it._ They even called back to tell me the servers had been restored. In short, it's not the apk, it's the service. Hopefully it stays that method.

  John Labandeira: I never have any problem doing my laundry it's a heck of a lot easier than putting 40 quarters into a machine. And I accidentally pick the wrong washer which was like $12 and they refunded my cash back the same day. The only trouble is is that they could create it easier to do the review and make a link so you can click on it. That's my only complaint another than that very satisfied I use it all the time for about a year already never have any issues. Just long as they don't charge a fee Im fine👍

  Kwad: One of their washers charged my acc, but refused to begin. I emailed Stan and he was prompt in resolving it. Refunded my money in credits to my acc. I hope that doesn't happen once more though.
