Varaloba One: Occasionally you come across an apk that is especially awesome, and COL Reminder is one of them, I have been using a reminder apk for years, but the one I have been using has deteriorated over time by lack of help and development! COL Reminder has everything you need, simple reminders, such as birthdays, anniversaries etc., easy to set up with infinite repeat options from mins to years, reminder sound and interval is variable, as is snooze setup, initial notification popup works well, which is a trouble with a lot of another apks. It took a lot of time to search COL Reminder, but the effort was worthwhile. Finally, the developer is very responsive, which is a sign of a awesome apk, so a lot of never bother to reply, so overall a very recommendable apk.

One touch dialling for call reminders linked to contacts/numbers saves so much time, and the notifications are customisable. I just donated to receive the additional features - especially the expanded repeat options - well worth it for me. But it will be excellent if the developer makes this apk move to SD card, as it will be very helpful for old android device players with minimum internal memory. I especially searched for an apk that offered repeating reminder notifications. Another apks mostly notify only once and if you missed it, ... +good response from the developer in case of issues!

The repeating notification is what I was looking for mostly; that is, if I don't dismiss a reminder after it goes off, it will continue going off every few mins (you can set the period) until I dismiss the reminder. The only another feature I'd like to see is the ability to add reminders from my computer.

The notification are persistent and don't accidentally receive swiped away with 'clear all notifications'. Fast, simple and the snooze feature is good for when I wish to defer a task.
