  Robert Herrera: I recently did an auto-load of fund. It showed on my apk that I had $15.15 on my acc. My bank showed a $15 transaction pending. Three days later when I test to pay for some over-priced meal, it tells me insufficient funds. My smartphone says another. I emailed them today Friday. I will modernize when I receive a answer. In the meantime, I'm hungry until I go home. I want my company never switched vendors! Minus 5 stars thus far. Modernize, it took 2 weeks but seems to be fine for now. My acc is accurate now.

  Kelsey Kulp: Apk has worked ok when I have used it to checkout, the sandwiches are awesome and there's enough dozens since it's restocked twice a week. However, my problem with the apk is that it's suddenly showing I have $0 funds when I could have over $10 on there. I'm not the only person at my company that this has happened to. We've had to have our company reach out to the Canteen contact to rectify this. Once my funds are restored and I can use them once more, I will deplete them and switch to paying with my CC only.

  Kandi Rich: I love the sandwiches. They don't skimp on the meats! But the apk is so wonky at times. It'll pull cash from my CC but not modernize my acc. Or flat out present I have no cash at all. At this point I can't even log in yet I just saw other 15 bucks was withdrawn from my bank acc. Very unsettling. Hope they can fix this. I really do love the convenience of this vending store.
