  Sharon Warren: I love this apk. It's so convenient to search out try results, renew medications, schedule appointments, and even have a video online appt. with my physician. For those who have issues with the apk, maybe your device isn't compatible, but call Spectrum Health tech help and they will walk you through the troubleshooting process. This has definitely created going to the doctor so much easier; no more having to listen to "elevator melody" while waiting to talk to someone on the smartphone! 😍👍

You can do so much by just using a easy apk, instead of having to call an office, listen& select various prompts, then wait for someone to receive on smartphone! With this apk you can request a visit/prescription, confirm upcoming visit(s) details, view try results, after-visit summary& updated med lists. For anything you would need to call or go to office for, is accessible by sending your office staff a notice. I reccomend tremendously!!!

  Lacy Elizabeth Boone: This apk is by far the most convenient thing that is ever come out. I'm able to notice my doctor's directly. Upload pictures, create your appointments including virtual and schedule tests and view the findings. Read the doctor's summary and you're diagnosis. Honestly my life would be chaos if I didn't have this apk. The convenience of it is that you can notice anytime and receive a answer so much faster compared to a telephone call! Absolutely love it!!!

  Eva North: Login failed, really guys? Fix the bugs in the apk and it'll go back to a five star apk, I can access it on my laptop, but not on my smartphone when I'm out and about, sometimes required more then. Fine it's February 17,2022 and I'm loving this apk. It's so very convenient to notice providers, care manager and ask or inform just about anything. Hold up the good work guys and have a unbelievable rest of your day.

  Beky: Very useful accessing upcoming appointments that I can save to my smartphone calendar. I can see lab and try results before I receive a call from the office. Prescription refills are filled sooner than when I call. I like being able to pull up my prescription list, viewing medical history and reviewing physicians notes. I don't have any of these sign in or technical problems I've seen in some of the another reviews.

  Mike Hoogerwerf: UPDATE FIX!!!!!! To all having problems with updating. I read someone else's review about how to modernize and he was correct. In order to modernize you must first go into the apk shop for your smartphone and click uninstall, then click install and wait until it installs then go back into the apk and place in your username and password and you will be awesome to go! Hope this helps everyone.
