  Ronda Stapleton: This apk is a lifesaver. And makes communication so much easier. The trouble being the position of the Send and Cancel buttons. While using predictive text, I have MULTIPLE times accidentally sent a half composed notice because I was simply trying to choose a word from my predictive text. I think if the buttons were moved to the top of the screen, that would cure the problem. Thank you for a super helpful apk.

  Umm Saba bint shamsuddin: For those individuals that are complaining about the 2-3hrs before the email are received "THAT IS A FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISON'S "problem of safety all mail postal, email must be scanned prior to delivery.they have some type of system that holds the email till reviewed to create sure its no coded crime messages in it.I've waited almost a year and I'm grateful not to have to log in every day, do the captcha feature that crashes. "PLEASE GIVE US A NOTIFICATION RINGTONE OR A WAY WE CAN USE OUR PERSONAL MUSIC "

  Shania Blue: This is an perfect apk! People please stop saying it is a awful apk because of the 2-3 hour delay. The prisons are responsible for monitoring any form of communication...meaning just like the this smartphone call is being recorded and monitored you hear on each call, just like the prison opens your loved one mail, They are reading their emails. It probably goes thru a server of sorts. This apk eliminates the need for sitting a writing a letter and waiting days for a loved one to receive it. For that I am grateful.

  Chelsea J: There is about a 2hr Wait to keep the messages back and forth but overall I have not had any issues with this .it's method more convenient than going online .I receive notifications right away once the notice has come through on my end .method more convenient than writing letters . unfortunately we can't send pictures.
