  Joey Riser: Mobile deposit broken. LG G2 running Lollipop, I go to use mobile deposit, take a picture of the front of the check, submit, take picture of back of check, submit, then it tells me to login once more. I have repeated this process about 5 times and no luck getting my check deposited. Seems to be an error with the apk not being able to function in landscape mode.

  I had Greer State Bank until the Crescom merger. The Greer State apk was SO much better and yet they were a little community bank. Crescom, please receive with the times! Fingerprint login is a MUST! Also, your edeposit limit is ridiculously​ low! Another banks have much, MUCH higher! Nobody wants to go to a branch to deposit a check!!

  David Lewis: Needs finger print log in and ability to add business accounts without using separate apk. Needs to be able to use multiple accounts without logging out like USAA. Use Greer state banks technology. Theirs is m much better.

  JD Sharp: Can't begin apk! Went to CresCom to search out why my apk won't work. Service rep tried her smartphone & apk worked ok. Tried my smartphone, doesn't work. Error notice every time. Uninstalled/installed. Won't begin! Very frustrating when you're out of the place and need to check your acc! Fix this problem or I move to other bank. One another major note: Off hours customer service is non-existent! Totally unacceptable!

  Sara Wentzel: Log in is messed up I tried it for the first time today. I've been looking forward to having an apk for banking, the only thing I missed from BOA. The questions it was asking me for safety were all strange, how can I reply when I never set them up in the first put?! No option to skip a safety question either. Where is my vacation home? I don't have one so I know these aren't for me. I tried logging in once more and the same thing happened. I checked my name and it is correct but the apk isn't working for me.

  Candice Kamrud: Can't receive past Photopass login page....My Photopass picture never shows up no matter how a lot of times I log in...It's always a various picture, except the one I need. Grrrr please fix. It's rather inconvenient.

  Paul Platt: Kicks me out during deposit Samsung Note 4. Used to work. Now I receive to end of deposit and it wants me to log in once more. Reinstalled, same problem. Yet it works on my ancient smartphone.
