  A Google User: Total Garbage I paid a fortune for this apk (like everyone else) and it has never worked for me (Moto Razr). A lot of calls by both myself and the company that installed my Crestron system to Crestron has brought no joy at all. In April, 2012, a tech inside Crestron told my installer that they found the trouble that was preventing the apk to work on my smartphone and it would be fixed in the next release. They has been no subsequent release of the apk on Android device. iPhone gets plenty of love, though, with a lot of releases in the mean time. I have no problem with the apk on my iPad or iPod.

  Miguel Angel Larach: When Away from Home does not connect This Apk for Android device has an problem., when inside the Wireless connection of the House it works Good., When outside even using the External IP it does not connect. However, in the iPhone Apk works good. Should you please fix this ASAP. I been using R2 to bypass this trouble, but is not fair to pay $100.00 to each.

  Cindy McEwen-Davidson: If you're thinking about getting a Crestron system, DONT How do you receive Apk Help? It was working intermittently, but now not at all. Definitely not worth $100 for the apk. And now we have a $10,000 sound system that we can't use. We can't even change the volume on the TV. Our installer is working to resolve the trouble but so far no luck.

  Jett Anderson: Doesn't work for me I purchased this apk to control my fresh Crestron home entertainment system, but it won't connect to it. My contractor told me after my purchase that I had bought the wrong tool, and an Android device apk to control my system hasn't been released yet. When I contracted for this system 18 months ago, I was told that it worked good with Apple and Android device devices. I search it hard to trust that in July, 2014, the Android device apk to control my system hasn't been released yet. I want I'd just purchased a Sonos system.
