  Jannae' Sifontes: This apk was a awesome idea, but an idea that is sorely lacking in execution. It is very glitchy, working when it wants to rather than when it needs to at least some of the time. What bothered me the most about it was no method to setup notifications for happenings you were interested in attending. Let's be serious; if the cruise is doing its job, I'm not going to be constantly looking at my watch, track of time. And there are so a lot of happenings going in that it can be hard to hold track of them without a friendly reminder. From such an good cruise line, I honestly expect better.

  April Whittemore: This apk has a lot of potential. I used it on Norwegian Sky. While onboard, I liked that it told you about the various restaurants on board and where to search them, but I want it provided a menu. Marking happenings you're interested in is a good idea, but it was glitchy and didn't save most of the time. You should ebook excursions through the apk, but we didn't ebook any, so I can't tell you how it worked. I really, really want there was a method to communicate with the rest of my party through the apk. That would have earned at least one more star from me. Pre-cruise, it was a nice program to use to check out items. I do want we should submit our docs through the apk and save paper (also save having to remember to bring paper). I don't own a printer, so I had to print them at work. You can't use the apk to ebook a cruise either. Overall, there's a lot of potential, but it currently falls a tiny short.

  Steve Spanoudis: Cruise documentation from NCL had the link for this apk, even though it does not help our ship. Dissappointed at the awful integration of services. Such a really big company could do a better job of providing connected customer service.

  Ed White: Only one ship this apk works on. It forces everyone else to use their another apk called I-concierge however it is useless until you are actually on the ship. No method to learn how to use the apk in advance. Or explore it's helpfulness. Ugg seriously disappointed! It's the litt6things that matter Ncl, and starting out with apks that don't work doesn't make confidence!

  Tim Furry: Only accessible for one ship (Sky) despite booking documents and CSR saying this is the apk to install for another ships. It literally will do nothing for you unless you are booked on the Sky. Their another apk will do literally nothing for you until you receive on the ship and connect to wireless connection. My film theater can do bookings, seat reservations and e-tickets in their apk but NCL can't even allow me see my booking or show my smartphone at the terminal with the bar code?
