Modernize (Please Read): I'm getting reports that the mini game is crashing on newer androids. I think the apk is old and the items I'm using is getting obsolete. I'm still unsure on how to fix this. About: Crystal Story II is a turn-based RPG that follows the story of a young Dragon on his quest to conquer an evil witch. He must seek allies to aid him on his adventure and save the globe from the oncoming invasion. With the release of Crystal Story II on steam comes the Sword of the Fallen Dragon modernize. It adds fresh features and changes to the mini game. The android device ver will also receive the modernize for gratis. Join the party once once more as they investigate the strange mysteries that are event on the Northern Orc Village. - Fresh Side Quests: A pesky thief has been stealing stuff from the neighboring towns. The party is hired to catch the thief and return the stuff that were stolen. - Card War: Collect cards and challenge foes to a Card Duel in an all fresh minigame. - War Arena: Creatures line up to challenge your party in war. Conquer them to earn prizes. - Pet Bonuses: Your pet now goes on its own journey while you are away and will occasionally give you its spare items. Features: - The main mini game features a turn based war system where you control up to four characters. Turn indicators allow you see whose turn is going to be next. - Randomized dungeon layout lets you discover dungeons differently every time. - A story that spans a large mini game globe. Meet dozens of NPCs and war along side them. - Sidequests lets you discover and unblock optional dungeons around the mini game globe. - Upgradable equipment lets you improve weapons and armor. Alchemy lets you combine stuff into fresh one. - Flexible level up system where you can mix and match classes to create your own special class. - Fishing minigame lets you catch fish that can boost hero performance. - Zombie defense minigame provides a challenging quest where you have to match three of a type in order to conquer bosses and opponents. - Mercenary Defense minigame lets you hire mercenaries to defend versus the oncoming horde. - Snowboard Extreme minigame lets you race downhill avoiding trees and yetis. Beat the time to victory an item. - In mini game pet which you can dress up and summon during war. - Optional quests and bosses appear once the mini game is over, so you can continue playing after beating the mini game.

Russel Smith: Very enjoyable. The developer is to be commended. It's nice that after the main quest has finished, there is still items to do. Most mini games just stop having a point after the main baddie has been defeated. The mini game balance is a tiny large off but that is utterly forgivable as I imagine play testing is very difficult for a very little developer. Will certainly play the follow up if, hopefully, there is one.

David: If you think creating a third one, add the ability to switch between mooooore party members. Have like 6 or 7 of them for exemple qnd before going on a quest decide 4 to bring with you. IMO, this is the only major thing this serie needs.

Doug McGuire: Never played the flash versions. Part 1 was awesome so I tried this and was wowed. Hard to describe but the content is good for such a little file size. Easy rpg for beginners but enough depth to please old school gamers. Large replay value makes the price even better. It just has a unique vibe and alot of tiny touches that really create it stand out. Most rpg fanatics will love this, especially old school gamers. Both of these mini games are a steal for the price and superbly crafted/coded.
