I provide images, video, drone photos and video, floor plans, 360° tours, and this has created my life so much easier! What took an hour or more on website and hours at home to finish now takes around 8-12 mins total.

  John Moery: I am a pro true estate photographer and have for years offered floor plans that I place together the old fashioned method. I didn't do it often because it was super tedious and I charged a lot for the time to do it. Cubicasa has beautiful much created it trivial to make 95% accurate floor plans like magic. I truly mean magic. I have a tool engineering background and this feat is really impressive. These days, I do floor plans on beautiful much every property since cubi is so simple and cost effective

  Rom and Cathy Chaudemanche: I am a true estate photographer and did not offer floor plans until Cubicasa as the another accessible apps/services are just not robust enough and too time consuming for me to provide this service and be profitable. Cubicasa provides the turn around time that I need (next Day) with a very awesome accuracy overall. Time on website is very reasonable to scan an average property. Help has always been very responsive. 2 thumbs up!!!

  Brian K. Brown: As a professional true estate photographer I'm thrilled to have this floor plan creator program at my disposal! It's easy to use and the completed 2D floor plans are delivered back to me typically within 24 hrs. It takes approximately 5-6 mins to scan a 2-3,000 sq ft property. If there's an problem with the completed floor plan, I have the ability to create minor edits myself, such as relabeling rooms. If the edits are more involved or technical, I have the option to send it back for a revision or two. The completed floor plans also can be downloaded in a dozens of formats..jpg, png, etc. Highly suggest!!

  Matthew Varney: The floor plans generally turn out quite well, with very few corrections required. They aren't 100% accurate, but aren't intended to be; the company advertises an average 6% error rate; this is also similar to your scan technique. You receive three fix requests with each floor plan at no extra charge. Plans are usually returned by the next morning (occasionally much later in the day), and fix requests usually between a few hours and a day. While the system should use some improvements, it is simple to use and provides a nice add-on product for my true estate photography business. I'm revising my rating from 4 to 5 stars because the bug that caused some devices to record at 60 fps was fixed, meaning that the scan plays back at actual speed, the 2.0x playback option works as advertised, and uploads are much faster. There are still occasional hiccups with uploading, where it takes much longer than normal to complete, and a few weeks ago there was a spate of unusually slow processing (after upload) that seems to have been resolved. All in all, this gets my full suggestion.

  Kevin Mckay: I have recently started a true estate media company, and Cubicasa was brought to my attention as a good apk to be able to offer floor plans. This floor plan apk is truly good, the accuracy of the apk always amazes me! From cluttered places with tiny to know view of the floor and wall, to very dark places. The scans have always come out accurate. This apk makes offering floor plans much easier and faster! I would highly suggest giving this a test!

  Ken Thelen: As a professional true estate photographer, offering clean, detailed floor plans are an necessary part of my business. Cubicasa fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly simple to use, surprisingly forgiving of awful scanning technique, and delivers a attractive product. Their customer help is perfect. I had an problem preventing me from uploading a scan to be processed. They solved the problem quickly letting me hold my client's deadline for delivery of their finished floor plans.

  Maya Media 360: Good apk! Tried it for the first time and was very impressed at not only the accuracy but the turnaround time and subsequent changes I requested. My clients also liked the results and the speed at which I was able to provide them the floor plans. This is a must apk for anyone requiring floor plans for themselves or clients.

  John Blausey: CubiCasa produces a unbelievable product. The customer service is helpful and encouraging. They even added a garage to the floor plan that I was not able to scan, and with 100% accuracy. I measured the room after getting the floor plan back and it was dead on. The help, videos and email from them is very responsive and helpful for me to produce a product for my clients. They also supply sales details so I know how to sell and have the statistics to back it up. I don't know how they do it but it works and my clients love it as a sales program for true estate.

I tried using another apks, but they were so time consuming that it wasn't worth adding the product to my portfolio. CubiCasa is super easy, and gives back a attractive product!   Eleanor Gatewood: I hesitate to tell anyone about this apk, because I don't wish my secret to be revealed! This thing is absolute magic, and since I began offering this service with my packages, everybody wants one, and I and my secret floor plan program are really buzzing. The customer service squad is prompt, responsive and has all the solutions. I've scanned some cluttered, difficult houses, and the floor plans always come back A-OK! Invaluable service.

  Chris Mitchell: Absolutely good apk. Everything worked perfectly. It took me 8 mins to do 1,500 heated sqft + a porch, a 3 vehicle garage, and a 1 vehicle detached garage. That's method faster than the 1.5 hours it took me to measure and sketch everything.

  Panoramic Studio E: Impressively accurate, but not accurate enough. I've been thinking of using this for my true estate photography business. The measurements were off too much. I should work around this by laser measuring all the rooms, but there was also some mistakes created of the walls. I think this tool should work good with more work, but you really need to have a preview so you can see live what it looks like as you draw and create corrections along the method.

  David Reed: No problems so far like some have seen. Improvements to the apk seem regular and designed to assist you be successful. Floor plans are really awesome but do take awhile, so if you're providing these to customers create sure they know it'll be next day or maybe even the day after that.

Does not tell you until after you waste your time scanning that you don't receive anything out of it until you send the order to them and they spend a whole business day processing the order. Completely useless and a waste of time, and harvesting your info.
