  Mr. X: You can only verify fresh devices when your smartphone is connected to 4g. When your smartphone is connected to wireless connection you cannot verify devices or view cameras. You must be using 4g to receive this apk to work. I think this is completely ridiculous. I have tablets that only have wireless connection so I can't view my cameras on them because of this problem. If this gets fixed then I will give 4 stars. Also the OS for the cameras themselves is ridiculously hard to operate unless you are a safety camera expert. I don't even know how to turn them on or off because it's just so stupidly designed. The apk is very easy, create a whole fresh OS with a easy, straight forward design that is super simple to operate, like the apk.

  Adam Power: Worked beautiful awesome on Galaxy s6 but just got Pixel 2 XL. Having issues viewing a single channel when double tapping on it. Still shows it in the grid format but with only with the top left "grid" showing any feed while having the rest of the picture blacked out

  Very awful video quality, photo is pixeley and out of focus. When I use the DVR on TV the photo is crystal clear and this apk worked ok when I had an Apple smartphone, now using an Android device Google Pixel and the quality is awful! Would not suggest for the Android device.

  Byron Tribe: This apk really needs some work. I hold hoping there will be an modernize but it crashes all the time. I've been using for 4 months now and still can't figure out how to do playback, it's very awkward and NOT intuitive. This is a case where the cameras themselves have high quay specs but the tool makes these specs where they have no true benefit. And yes, this tool crashes EVERY time I use it!! The PC web browser tool is just as awful if not worse.
