  Kathryn Lorren: Had some problem logging in, but got a return call from customer service and my trouble was fixed quickly. Will modernize later when I've used the apk more. So far I'm impressed by the customer service!

  Samantha Monroe-Melancon: Modernize: fine ive deleted the first half of my original review because even though it took a while, dci fixed the problems i was having with logging in so for now at least i can still log in and verify my hours through the apk. No solution really for the issues listed below another than to use a various clock in and out way when the jan first deadline for this tool hits. I still dont really like the apk and would prefer beautiful much any another option but i am now able to login and out and verify my hours without problem. I still will not be using it as a method to clock in and out because of it killing my smartphone battery and sometimes overheating it but the another parts seem to be working now. we can't clock in and out using it because the apk drains my smartphone battery method too quick to where I either have to close the apk in which case it never registers that I had clocked in or my smartphone dies or overheats and it once more never registers that I had clocked in so then clocking out is not even an option. My smartphone actually tells me that this specific apk is the trouble and usually tries to shut it down before it gets to the battery dying scene.

  Anna Stogner: I'm very worried about starting this process I have been looking at the reviews an I have seen a lot of issues including not being able to log in with the correct info. I will not work for gratis I have to pay my bills every payday like everyone else. Please assist me figure this out and allow me know if there is away around this apk if it doesn't work so I will receive my correct pay on the correct payday. I will not begin this until January so I hope all the kinks are worked out.

  Earl White: this apk is always needing updating and it takes too much time to modernize, like method to much ain't no body got some for this. and it won't let you to continue signing in until the modernize is done. I've uninstalled and reinstalled every time, plus turned off the smartphone to reset, i never liked this fresh apk. this messes up signing in on time,, it's still pending modernize as I'm writing this now, it been 1hr. still, I'm even on WiFi to modernize. TERRIBLE

  A Google user: This apk is garbage. I've been unable to log in for days. I'm using the same credentials as have always worked, but it's just been showing me that stupid spinning circle that says "Logging In" until the cows come home. There's no option to change passwords through the apk so I'm stuck with something longer than the Magna Carta every time I fruitlessly attempt to receive into this ridiculous system. Also, why in the name of all that is sacred and holy would anybody think it makes even one iota of sense to require a client-owned password to use a system place in put to serve clients MANY OF WHOM CAN'T READ, WRITE, OR USE THEIR HANDS? I'm stunned at the number and severity of the flaws in this system and hope Acumen gets their act together quickly because I'm not keen on working for gratis, which is what happens when I have to rely on a system with this a lot of stumbling blocks.

  jennifer durham: I dont like this apk. It was so much easier to use the old site to clock in and out. i have had nothing but problem since having to Star using this apk for work. Half of the time the apk does work correctly and then the apk wont modernize when required so I end up having to uninstall and reinstall the apk. I have had to do this 3 times since January and its now May. Its getting old to have to contact my supervisor all the time to receive her to assist clock me in and out when thats the job of this apk.

  Amy Cryer: This fresh system is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!. I called Acumen latest week about the differcult time entry system. Acumen employee walked me through the system but after 3 minute the employee was cofused and unable to assist me and placed me on keep. She finally returned and stated " your data is not in the system. The employee also stated that Acumen employees will be working throughout the weekend to install client's data. Well low and behold this was latest week. Today is the latest day to place in time. I started putting in time and guess what the same issues. DISAPPOINTED IN LOUISIANA
