About the application:

Interactive demo visit of a flat based on CAD drawings, on sale from September 2019. True estate development of the 132 apartments managed by Anura SA. The project "Lécheretta" will be realised in Bulles. For more info, visit www.anura.ch 3D modelling of architects' drawings, choice of materials . View the apartment first-hand, as if you were there. Assess the volumes, places and choose flooring, tiles, paint, furniture color, and a lot of more. Advantages: immersion, simplicity of use, freedom of movement, interactive, program that allows a global view, everything in real-time (no static photos, or pre-defined videos!), realistic exterior pictures based on on-site 360 photography. Awesome assessment of volumes, inspect the rooms arranged like you wish, no need to travel on-site to view the apartment, accelerate your purchasing/selling process, multi-user (virtual reality): visit the apartment together while being physically separated.
