  Todd Ableser: UPDATED: the newest modernize puts a shortcut to Scan To Pay right on the app's home screen, simplifying this while not getting in the method of the fresh mobile ordering functionality. ***** Scan To Pay used to be simple--just begin the apk to present the QC code for the LevelUp terminal--but with the recent modernize requires it now requires four taps, two of which are unintuitive: begin the apk, wait through the loading screen, click "Begin an Order," click "Rewards," and then finally click "Scan To Pay." That's a lot of clicking in a fast-moving check-out line. It's nice that they improved mobile ordering with this modernize, but a shame it was to the detriment of the thing most customers probably use the apk for most of the time. But it works.

  Eric Ho: So much easier to put pickup orders with the recent modernize. The old apk was hard to use for anything another than the QR code. Much prefer the fresh look and feel!

  Kevin Lui: Agreed with a lot of feedback. The QR code to pay used to be straight forward. Now I have to click a few times to receive to it. Not everyone orders online, especially someone like me where my company offers a subsidy at Dig Inn. I have to go to the physical place to pay the difference for the meal.

  wonneberger1986: Don't receive me wrong it was good at Frist. But there as been a couple of times it say a restaurant is closed and put an order for the next day when they are begin for the next three hours and I was able to walk in and still receive meal. The largest thing that pissed me off is it told me it couldn't put and order and it still charged me. If I didn't have this awful experience I would still be using this apk.

  Satish Nathan: This apk SUCKS The buttons refuse to answer unless I press my smartphone screen really hard. Ordering is a PAIN. Moving from one screen is clumsy and absurdly slow. The check out step has be been designed stupidly. When I add an item to the cart, instead of asking whether I wish to check out, it takes me back to the menu.

  Saintia J: The black background is awful Whoever idea it was to have a black background but not but the letters in white was not thinking unless that person can read in the dark. Please correct that. I placed an order and ordered two by accident because I can't view my cart. They need to correct this apk. It is too complicated at this point. Love the meal tho.
