  Kevin Kopp: Good apk, very useful. Main problem is that overlays cannot be exited. For example the apk requested I review it, but I should not escape the overlay. The apk has to be restarted in order for me to use it. There are a few another problems like this where you receive stuck on a screen and cannot return to a previous screen without restarting.

  Alison Franco: Overall it's an fine apk but it would be better if I should actually see my tickets through the apk. Apparently I'm able to look at the ones that just expired or are about to expire but I can't see the ones that I have that expire 2 weeks from now even though I'm doing the work today. Also, if I call one in I'd like to be able to add it to my apk by entering the ticket # so I can hold track of it.
