  Marissa Orta: I signed up for the Spanish tool so my three boys should use it. The apk seemed to crash a lot, plus a lot of the "mini games" and lessons were just the same thing over and over once more. I went to cancel today and discovered that they had me signed up for a second subscription for German, so I got charged twice for nothing. It is also close to impossible to search their contact email on their site, and I'm certain that was planned. Stay away from this company.

  Diana Gaunt: I have GOT to counter some of these awful reviews. Allow me say my grandkids (5 & 6) LOVE IT. And they have learned so much! But unfortunately there is a awful side. The first 20 lessons (more or less) are good. Then the apk goes downhill with the publishers providing an overload on worksheets in put of quality videos. (which my children won't do) They say by the first of the year most of the videos will be like the first ones. Maybe wait until January to test it.

  L M: I was a previous subscriber and children asked me to reactivate their acc. I had to log into the old website. Once I reactivated, I should not add my children or log into an apk on their device so they should use it. Stars given for when the children used the apk previously they really enjoyed it and learnt alot. Also, I requested a refund and it was actioned within 10 mins without question. I was concerned that my cash may be lost based on their no refund policy for subscription renewals.

  Ashley Bader: Do not download this for 6 years or under. Not player friendly and it doesn't have a good structure for beginners. Went straight to matching words and stories and my daughter can not read that well yet. It didn't even teach the alphabet first. It's odd.

  Hugo Maldonado: I signed up for the ultimate family subscription and have the 7 days trial, and after that, I'm gonna be paying 19 dls. But during the trial, I didn't have full access to the course. My children are playing with the only 2 first level, and I trust they are broken because they only repeat the same thing and nothing else. My children got bored and lost interest. I canceled my subscription the same day I signed up.

  Aiko Marie: It has videos and audios for the children to learn. However, they don't have English translations for the children to understand what the foreign language means. You're supposed to guess through the videos. For example learning Korean, it only shows Hangul but no English translation of it. The children receive confused and if parents don't know it either, it's useless to learn through the apk. They are sneaky with charges too as they dont let you to do that via the apk. Only via their site. Such a hassle.

  mark gatty: Probably better if I inspected it for more than 5 mins but they toss you into the deep end if you don't know much of the language already (for japanese) couldn't search primary alphabets either making it difficult to teach a kid anything.
