  chris peters: All it needs is to tell you is how long since the customer called even after the call is in route. I don't understand why it tells you how old the call is before confirming I wish to know how old the call is after I'm in route and throughout the call so that I can tell the customer and present the customer that I still have X amount of mins before my 60 min e.t.a is up, I would highly suggest this simple slide of the finger tap of the button even running this apk from your smartphone as dispatch is a snap!

  john messina: With the fresh modernize if you have a job and receive other one it doesn't place them in the right order then you receive other and it goes in the wrong spot too. I called the wrong customer latest night, not a large deal but when I am already busy with multiple calls on my board I don't need to be paying additional attention to if my calls are in the right spot or not.
