I love the in-app announcements, among another easily available options. For those having problem adding a card to both adults' phones, this details from the DMNS website could assist: Q: How can the second named member on my membership download the eCard? A: Have the second named member navigate to their apk shop and download the eCard apk on their device. During registration please ensure that the second named member registers their device with their e-mail address. Please note that the second named member may not register their device with the same e-mail that the basic member used.

They reply the smartphone quickly and helped me Having problem registering? Test the "HELP ME" link on the bottom of the front page. Only 1 device per membership? Not sure where people heard this from, but it's not real. 1 device per MEMBER. My husband and I are both on the membership, and both have our own eCard. Call member services to create sure your emails aren't mixed up

  A Google user: This apk seems to do what I wish, which is display my acc barcode so I don't have to hold the physical card in my wallet anymore. There is a strange permission (WAP push) that I have blocked because I don't know what it does. Without any explanation, I will hold it blocked since I'm not interested in any "features" that I don't know about from the app's description.

  Marie Mulqueen: Edit: as of 9/15/16 the apk works, but ONLY when connected to dmns wireless connection. Which is ok for entering the museum, though slightly inconvenient having to stop in the entrance to pull it up instead of having it ready to go. But it makes the additional features like sending someone a guest ticket impossible unless you are at the museum. Also, makes me wonder how using my membership at reciprocal museums when traveling will work. I really don't see any reason for the apk not to work on any internet connection.

  Alan Franklin: In short the apk works once you are logged in, but to re login there is only the registration page and no login button. Normally my smartphone saves the data; however recently it has me re register every time I begin the apk. It would receive a better review if they fixed these problems.

  Ned Muhovich: The apk itself seems like an improvement over ver 1 (why is this ver 3?). That you can shop tickets on the apk is a particularly nice feature. But the transition between apks was bumpy and inelegant. My membership had lapsed, and I couldn't renew in the old apk because it no longer worked and I couldn't renew in the fresh apk because. ..my membership had lapsed (and because I had no method to access my membership number). Required to contact member services to renew, which shouldn't be important.

  Robert Petty: The registration my fresh device does not even work. It keeps failing due to incorrect password, yet I log into the site with the password that I enter into the application. This is the android device ver. On the iPhone ver, which I used a year ago, it aways failed when away from WIFI. It would not use internet over cellular.

Has the one device per membership limitation been eliminated? There is no advantage to having a family plan with two adults if it can only be active on one device.   Katherine F: I had the old ver and it was good! This one not so much. When I tried to register, I got a notice that said "Supplied email is attached to a various acc". I called membership office at DMNS and the woman I spoke to said that all the details I entered was correct and linked to my acc. She suggested thst I uninstall and then reinstall the apk and test to register once more. I did and still encountered the same trouble.

  Lisa Werber: How can we pay for a family membership and only have one device registered? How can my husband take the children without me or my smartphone? Ridiculous. Getting rid of cards is ok, but how about a viable replacement first? UPDATE : I went to begin up the apk to present my husband, and despite having registered successfully a few hours ago, it is now asking me to register once more. I will be uninstalling and getting old-school cards. DMNS, work out the bugs before you decide to do something unilaterally.
