  Ronny Ong: Apk worked good for me. I think some people had issues because a lot of franchisees don't bother to train employees about the apk due to overall low usage among Dog Haus customers. When I arrived to pick up my order, the sole employee at the front counter was shocked to learn from me that Dog Haus has a mobile apk. Fortunately the bartender showed up with my order ready to go.

  Robert Rael: The apk allow us add stuff to our order but every time on submit, we would receive an hour Glass and wait about one min (which is a long time when it comes to an apk), and then it would give an error. So I redid our order, and tried once more. Waited other min plus, and finally got the error that the restaurant wasn't accepting apk orders at this time. Really?? Why couldn't it tell us before?

  Coder Curtis: Scanner can't read my QR code because the photo loaded by the apk is too blurry. I'm on a Pixel 3 XL. Looking on my mates smartphone the QR code is sharp and clear.

  Huy To: Like a lot of of the another reviews, I also had problem while placing the order. Turns out, if you test to review the order outside of shop hours, the apk will infinitely spin without any indication of what is wrong. Couple that with long network calls, it makes the apk seem broken. You have a nice apk with a awesome UI but you really need to address your backend problems and proper error handling.

  Spencer Skelly: Well, its not what it says it is. I downloaded the apk and was very delighted with how simple it was to add my card and navigate through the menu. the ui was good allow me tell you. Still, after i placed my order for pickup 20 mins in advance and had to wait 20 more mins after my pickup time, i trust there is no reason to use the apk. might as well present up and wait in a line and put an order. also mind you there was no line when we walked in and it did not seem very busy. enough said.

  Dee gee: terrible! horrible crashing app..the worst part is I wanted to redeem my gratis birthday dog, and the apk kept trying to charge me.i messaged customer service for assist and no response. the next day I emailed them once more, and they yet to answer to me. terrible customer service & terrible apk. this is the 2nd time I have problem redeeming their "gratis" promotions.

  Nicholas L: It has never worked. The Cheyebbe place has been begin for a month and still not able to order through the apk. On top of that, the Cheyenne place does not let to-go orders over the smartphone so the only option is to dine in or wait in line to order, then wait. Not an option when trying to receive lunch for the office. I've used the contact section in the apk but I've never received a response.

  Corina Starkey: Absolute worst apk ever. The only place close to me is in Arlington and before today I couldn't even order meal from the apk and today anytime I test to order it overcharges by about $7-$8 on the total.. I've tried removing stuff and starting over multiple times. Normally it wouldn't be a large trouble; I should just pay in the shop but I have 2 rewards on my acc and in shop they have told me when I go to use them that I have to order through the apk to do so yeah I'm livid.

  coolin4now: First time in a few visits somebody at my place knew how to use the apk. Scanner still couldn't read my smartphone. Couldn't use my birthday dog or loyalty reward. Apk and loyalty tool seem beautiful pointless.
