  Morgan Hamilton: For those of you having issues at the register, ask the cashier to hit clear, so you can kind your number into the machine. The cashier hits total to total the amount and add tax, it has to be applied before total. All the cashier has to do is hit clear, let you time to enter number, then hit total once more. It's the same for paper coupons. That's the method the system is and coupons can't be applied to taxed amounts. If you have any another problem, the coupon is out of date or already used. Just ask them.
