  Joshua Cannon: Simple to download pictures from our experience with the dolphins. They told us you had to be on their wireless connection for it to work so had to use the apk before leaving, is only downside.

  A Google user: As long as you log on to their dolphin Discovery WiFi we downloaded all 90 images on both our Android device phones and backed them up to Google images within five mins. Just create sure it works on the island before you leave in case you have issues.

  Saundra Ferrara: I downloaded the apk about 3 - 4 days after my excursion. No issues at all, apk worked perfectly on my smartphone. I have a Samsung J7 and the apk opened with no issues. The first thing the apk asks for is to verify the email address given upon paying for the tickets. Next step is to either scan in the barcode on the receipt or key in the code on receipt, which I did with no problems. Once done, our images automatically popped up. Only confusing problem is when I hit the down arrow to download the images, the apk told me there is an active request begin. I was a tiny confused by this. I waited for the email the instructions told us would come to the email on file - which came within about 5 mins of registering the apk. Once I received the apk I went back into the apk, after initially closing apk, and I was able do download all the photo's that were taken that day with no problems. Hopefully I will be able to print / upload to social media with no problems with a watermark. We were assured that we can print once we download. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the confusion with the downloading pics initially. Otherwise the apk is a 5 star and simple to use.
