  Clay Norwood: Selecting your facts I assume there were awesome intentions behind the inclusion of the "myth" correction about females not being the abusers as often as men. But by including that fact, you have highlighted to the male victims how unusual their situation is, which will probably alienate them more, reducing their likelihood of seeking assist. Including a little module highlighting male victims of abuse would increase their willingness to report and receive assist.

With the switch to a mobile apk and the integration of technology you would think that the course would receive an modernize. I have seen sailors receive arrested for domestic violence for taking or breaking their partner's mobile smartphone. It is something that needs to be addressed.

  William Gehrig: I am disappointed to see this as a mandatory course in my Navy. It is entirely juvenile, one-sided and sexist. It sounds like it is written by an amateur political blogger. I was forced to accept with the inane idea that violence on TV, and in melody and video mini games is a cause of domestic violence, and only that which is purported by men, versus women, in which we use our male privilege to play "lord of the castle", and sexually, and physically abuse them. My Navy apparently doesn't trust anything else is ever the case. I am leaving feedback on the apk (which I advise you all to do), and I am going to test and talk to someone at my command about this as soon as possible.

  Jay Ha'o: Farce The data is skewed and one sided as a lot of pointed out. "Myths" women are about the same amount of abusers as men? False? 94% of reported abusers are men? Well there you go, the key word is "REPORTED". "Male privilege"? And when the women do the sames things we do not point that out? This apk is a farce and skewed to the point that it becomes "mythic".
