  Thomas Hatfield: I use this litteraly to confirm the amount. The in apk transactions are unreliable. If I process a payment and I can prove that I have the cash, but the apk messes up yet your management office still sticks you with the late fee. Yeah this apk is garbage.

  Tami T: Bottom line: Before signing a lease, check to see how you will be needed to pay your rent. If this service is used, reconsider. While this app/service may offer more convenience/security for renters and rental agencies alike, it has a LONG WAY to go before it fulfills these claims. A lot of of the negatives others have reported are correct: Incorrect balances, returned payments on transactions created in awesome faith and listed as "settled," and fast to apply late fees (which makes them cash).

  A Google user: Will not assign unit. Property management unable to create it work either. Too a lot of awful reviews about people getting ripped off and Property management saying rent payments never received even after payments created. Uninstalled apk and deleted acc.

  Katey Jones: Inconvenient. Haven't been able to pay rent with my credit card. Payments hold getting denied, and now I'm locked out from paying temporarily. Also, they block payments between the 3rd and the 25th. So I can't even pay my rent until after the 25th. I like to pay whenever I wish.

  Erika Montez: My apts switched from the Active Building apk to Domuso and I absolutely hate it. Active Building was like Fb for your apts the office would write about happenings going on or residents should post findings or services. Just felt closer as a community kind of thing. You should also request maintenance from there. Best of all no charges for rent payments. Also they had a breakdown of your rent and another fees on there like an invoice Domuso has nothing but the price.

  Luke Guzman: The first time I did a transaction, I was told it was cleared and had a receipt then days later the notified me that it had in fact not gone threw and I had to pay a late fee to my complex because the didn't tell me sooner. Now I'm forced to used the "certified payment" option. I would use my bank acc which only has a 4$ fee but it isn't even listed on there bank options, so now I'm forced to use the credit card option with a 3.25% fee. It comes out to 30$! Worst apk. Would switch if I should

  Rodrick Of Tao Kingdom: Garbage apk, If I should give it a zero rating I totally would. One problem after other with this apk( and website).Tried to enter the date on credit/debit card and it crashes. Also I entered the address exactly as us on the card and it puts a fraud alert automatically. This apk sucks.

  Elias Carrasquillo: Just like Luke Guzman's review, they Charged me double my rent, since the payment bounced back into domuso I was charged an overdraft fee from my community on top of an additional $30 from my bank to stop the unauthorized payment from domuso. When I inquired about the problem, they closed out my ticket and never responded once more. I was out $80 in fees because domuso charged my twice
