  Jennifer Lee: Feels like every time there's a fresh modernize all of the useful aspects of the apk disappear and they add really unnecessary features. I don' t know what the apk is like from the consumer point of view, but as a merchant I am constantly frustrated. I'm going to hold partnering with Doordash because ultimately, they do provide a service that I appreciate, I just hope they would do a better job at keeping their merchants satisfied.

  Doordash could be ashamed of how it treats drivers No Drivers No DoorDash. Underpaid, sending drivers 20 miles across city to pick up cold meal, or search out the order was never placed. Ultimate fail for the Customer, Restaurants and Drivers. Not to mention it's company policy that Drivers are not allowed to check the contents of the meal in the containers. Only the restaurants can, so Drivers have to take their word. Multiple meal handling codes broken because no one has to pass any kind of security try to qualify as a Driver. Drivers can only do so much.

  It does not correctly modernize the status of orders. When a lot of tablets are being used at one place they do not sync.
