About the application:

This is a mini game of Dots. (Wikipedia has the rules) It probably originated as a Russian understanding of Go? IDK, learned in school. But basically, you could encircle dots of your enemy, and don't allow them encircle yours :D Some of the things don't work as expected, but I can probably fix that.
