  William Byrd: This is the best. I have it set to my desk smartphone number. I can call patients and it looks like I'm at my desk. They have my direct desk number instead of our institutional trunk number. More importantly, I don't have to be "unknown caller" and the patients actually reply the calls. Oh, and they also don't have my cell number! Tech help is also good.

  Richard Di Turi: It initially proved itself very useful as I was able to reach out to my psychiatric patients without them immediately calling me back on my cell smartphone. However, it seems since the most latest modernize, that I receive a lot of errors and only one out of every five calls goes through. I'm going to still use the apk but but only for my patience who won't agree blocked calls at all.

  Thomas Durick: Makes call completion a true chance! I don't like answering numbers I don't know nor do patients. Being able to present a recognizable office or clinic number on someone's caller ID markedly increases the likelihood of my calls being answered without giving out my cell smartphone. Good apk.
