  Jane Gordon: While I accept the birthday thing needs to be updated, I really enjoyed the apk otherwise! I didn't test to use it and be on the smartphone at the same time so I can't attest to that. But I have been having such problems uploading things via the site. It should never search my case. With the apk all you do is snap a image. The quality and size must come out good on their end because the case worker was able to read everything, even my hand written statement. Overall, after spending a few hours over a few days trying to create the site work or search a printer or fax machine to borrow, spending five mins on this apk created me wish to throw a party.

  Veronika Hafner: DPSS APP This is a good time saver app...it makes it so I don't have to go down to their office and play the waiting mini game all day. People who are having problems with apk. Note: follow directions..it helps complete apks with an iPad ,laptop,or PC because if u use your smartphone you will not be able to see all of the options(with most phones). Create sure you kind in the correct case number .Awesome Luck! Also, after opening do not make an acc say No then it will ask you for your EBT # or Case# reply one

  CHRISTOPHER CASTIEL: Conveniently faster than calling in THE GOOD: For its general purpose, it works. Most will only ever use this to check balances and locate fee-free places THE BAD: Is it safe? The Dept should be breaking their own policy by requiring players to provide acc login where enough details can be obtained to change a PIN. Also, SAR-7 & QR7 upload feature does not work, there is no VITA/TCE option as it claims and most Case Workers/Managers aren't aware this apk exists.
