  Christopher Pennington: We have been Dropcar customers for over a year now and the service has definitely developed to be a reliable service. All the valets we have met have been courteous and helpful and in most cases our vehicle is returned at least on time and often early. You of course need to plan your pick ups and drop offs but you soon develop a rhythm. Sometimes at a busy weekend the delay should be a couple of hours so you do need to adapt and it would be good if they should bring in more valets at these busy times. Monthly parking in our place would should twice as much and while you do lose some convenience you do gain a reliable and quality service that drops your vehicle right outside your building.

  Jon Tse: I have used this for a number of months now as a weekend driver. The cost, while hardly "cheap", is still easily my cheapest option for parking given my average usage. The flexibility of where a pick-up and drop-off can occur is also something that a local garage can never do. Their operating model is less rigid than alternatives, so I've found that their valets do occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled. In a lot of instances, they were able to even take a road parking spot that became accessible. Once or twice they also arrived late. The company has actively tried to improve the experience by eliminating barely used services and extending service hours to focus on the quality and timeliness of their service. So far, there seems to have been an improvement. Hold up the work.

  Raphi Levine: Just used for the first time. Absolutely LOVED IT!!! I used the Will service while at a Rangers mini game at MSG. The driver met me right in front of the Garden (was able to call the driver from within the apk) waited in my vehicle and met after the mini game. At $15/hour this was true VIP service and was good. The driver was 5 mins late, but I had told him that I was going to be 20 minute late, so not entirely at fault. Another than that, the service was gorgeous and the driver was friendly!!! Would definitely use it once more...

  susan barron: although it adds to the cost of keeping a vehicle in the town, it reduces congestion and gas emissions by reducing everyday alternate side vehicle moving. For residents who don't have a garage in their building and would have to drive around looking for a parking spot, adding to pollution, this service benefits everyone and town residents could keep a tax credit from nyc.

  A Google user: I used the Will service a few times now and it's been unbelievable. Today, I required to receive my really big dog that suddenly couldn't walk to a vet appointment where the roads were partially blocked off due to Summer Roads. On the roads where vehicles were still allowed, traffic was abysmal, but I was able to receive a half block away from the vet office. My agent was there waiting on the corner and tended the vehicle until we returned. Sure, I'd be happier just feeding the meter in front of the vet, but for instances like this you can't beat this service. I'd also consider them as a monthly parking solution, but I frequently need my vehicle earlier than they'd be able to deliver it to me.

  Markus Jacobi: I am using Dropcar for 5 month now and after very disappointing first month it got better. During the first month they left a really big scratch on the rear bumper but told me that the scratch was there before - even though the guy, who brought my vehicle back that day told me about the incident. Their customer service was awful, unprofessional and dismissive. They were also consistently 30-60 mins late during the first couple of weeks. Consequently, I switched to ValetAnywhere. But unfortunately this wasn't much better. They didn't scratch my vehicle, but were reliably later too each time I required them - and significantly more expensive. I switched back to Dropcar driven by their low prices, and hoping that the scratch was a one time incident and I didn't have to deal with their customer service once more. Luckily, ever since I came back no another incidents happened (to my knowledge) and the valets are mostly in time (4 out of 5). For now the service works for me as long as they hold improving their punctuality and I hope that they improved their customer service by the time I'll need them once more.
