  A Google User: EDIT: just changed from 4 stars to 5 stars, got the sound alerts to work now, thx Seems good, but i dont receive any sound alerts when to take meds ? even with push notifications enabled, just receive a thing come up in notifications on mobile ? needs a sound alert, also notifications not work at all if not connected to internet ? alerts could work all the time even without data/internet connection. EDIT: just changed from 4 stars to 5 stars, got the sound alerts to work now, thx

  Wayne Steele: Apk is really simple to use and they donate to local charity on your behalf just for using the apk. I'm not sure if Android device Wear is supported but it will massively assist me if I can receive alerts on my watch
